• Teaching Qualification
• Experience teaching Art to children as part of the British curriculum
• Recent relevant teaching experience.
• The ability to teach children with a range of different starting points
• Evidence of CPD

• Fluent English speaker
• A resonance with the ethos and mission of Kent College
• The ability to command respect from pupils, parents and colleagues
