Are you an inspiring leader with a passion for education and a commitment to nurturing the next generation? GNS is looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of Secondary to lead our school community into an exciting future.
As the Head of Secondary, you will:
📚 Play an active role in school strategic planning and school self review
🌟 Have full operational, financial and educational oversight across the secondary school.
💡 Ensuring robust quality assurance procedures are in place for all performance areas of the secondary school.
📈 Have an excellent working knowledge and understanding of the KHDA/DSIB UAE Inspection Framework and the new Education 33 Vision.
We're looking for a leader who has:
✔️ Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational setting
✔️ Accredited leadership qualification, i.e. NPQSL/NPQH
✔️ Strong understanding of the curriculum and teaching methodologies
✔️ A commitment to fostering an inclusive and inspiring learning environment.
